"Turnkey" abstract publication—from selecting a conference to having the abstracts indexed in Scopus.
We handle the entire process—from finding the right international conference to publishing your abstract in the Scopus database. We operate officially, with a contract.
Compared to article (1800–4000$), this is a faster and more accessible way to fulfill the validation requirement.
From 2 to 6 months, depending on the conference. We select conferences in advance that have realistic deadlines that fit your schedule.
No. Most conferences accept abstracts without in-person participation (online or publication only).
Typical conference papers are those published in conference proceedings “just for show”: they exist on paper or as PDFs, confirm that the work has been presented, but do not appear anywhere else. There’s no DOI, no indexing, and no way to quickly verify their existence other than taking your word for it.
The abstracts published in the Scopus conference present a fundamentally different perspective:
🔹 Officially indexed in the Scopus database;
🔹 DOI — a permanent digital link for an abstract, report, or grant application;
🔹 The publication appears on your Scopus profile (Author ID) along with your articles;
🔹 Counts toward the h-index and citation count;
🔹 Can be easily verified by any academic council or university directly in Scopus;
🔹 International visibility through database searches, not just among conference participants.
We select peer-reviewed conferences and prepare the material in accordance with the requirements. If the submission is rejected, we either find an alternative option or issue a refund (as agreed).
An advance payment of 50% is due upon signing the agreement, and another 50% is due upon confirmation of acceptance of the abstract.
