The journal has existed since 1994, more than 30 years.<\/p>\nHowever, since the summer of 2025, the journal has either been sold or has radically changed its editorial policy in order to make a profit. In a short period of time, 4 special issues have been published, which have published over 1,000 articles of questionable quality and from various fields of knowledge unrelated to the journal.\n<p data-start=\"1905\" data-end=\"2043\"><strong data-start=\"1905\" data-end=\"1924\"><br>Magazine profile:<\/strong><br data-start=\"1924\" data-end=\"1927\" \/>Quartile: Q4 (also indexed in Web of Science) Country of origin: Italy Publication cost: 800 EUR<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2045\" data-end=\"2069\"><strong><br>Main violations:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul data-start=\"2070\" data-end=\"2287\">\n \t<li data-start=\"2070\" data-end=\"2132\">\n<p data-start=\"2072\" data-end=\"2132\">Publication of articles that do not correspond to the declared topic.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li data-start=\"2133\" data-end=\"2173\">\n<p data-start=\"2135\" data-end=\"2173\">Mass release of special issues.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li data-start=\"2174\" data-end=\"2213\">\n<p data-start=\"2176\" data-end=\"2213\">Lack of proper peer review.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li data-start=\"2214\" data-end=\"2287\">\n<p data-start=\"2216\" data-end=\"2287\">Publishing a large amount of material solely for profit.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2289\" data-end=\"2545\"><strong>Current status:<\/strong><br data-start=\"2307\" data-end=\"2310\" \/>The journal is still active, but the latest articles have not yet been indexed in Scopus. In just one year, more than 4 regular and more than 3 special issues were published, with over 300 articles. For comparison: in 2023\u20132024, the journal published only 1\u20132 issues per year.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4374\" data-end=\"4653\">Some Ukrainian intermediary companies have already started submitting articles to this journal, which prepare low-quality materials. This creates risks both for financial costs and for the academic reputation of Ukrainian scientists, since the publication accepts almost all submitted works without proper selection.
